Oh Joy Another Superhero Came Back from the Dead Because Comic Book Logic Daredevil Born Again Finale Spoilers Ahead

The season finale of Daredevil: Born Again was absolutely, mind-blowingly, life-changingly amazing… said no one ever 🙄. But hey, it was pretty cool, I guess 🤔. The episode brought some major changes for Matt Murdock, Wilson Fisk, and the rest of the show’s cast, but let’s be real, who cares about them? 🤷‍♂️ The real news is that Luke Cage is back, baby! 🎉 Played by the one and only Mike Colter, Cage briefly returned to the role in the Season 2 finale “The Southern Cross.” Because, you know, we were all just waiting with bated breath for his return 🙄.

I mean, it’s not like we’ve been waiting for, oh, I don’t know, FOUR YEARS for Luke Cage to come back 🕰️. But hey, better late than never, right? 🤷‍♂️ Colter previously played Luke Cage, the fan-favorite Marvel hero with unbreakable skin and super-strength, on two seasons of his own Netflix series, as well as on multiple seasons of Jessica Jones, and the team-up series The Defenders. Because, you know, he wasn’t busy enough already 🙄.

But seriously, folks, Luke Cage’s return means that almost the entire cast of Netflix’s Marvel saga is now firmly established within the mainstream MCU 🌈. Charlie Cox’s Daredevil debuted in Spider-Man: No Way Home, then starred in two seasons of Born Again, Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones co-starred on Season 2 of Born Again, and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher has appeared on Born Again and will soon be seen in his own Disney+ special and Spider-Man: Brand New Day 📺. That really just leaves Finn Jones’ Iron Fist as the outlier who’s yet to make his return 🤔. Maybe he’s just busy practicing his punching skills 🥊.

The full second season of Daredevil: Born Again is now streaming on Disney+, because who needs human interaction when you can just binge-watch TV shows all day? 📺👀. And if you’re feeling extra adventurous, you can even check out the Worst Marvel Comics Ever Made 🤣, because who doesn’t love a good trainwreck? 🚂💥.

But wait, there’s more! 🎉 The Marvel Cinematic Universe has had a lot of great performers — none better than the ones given by the 15 stars listed below 🤔. Because, you know, the MCU is just overflowing with talent 🌟. The Best Performances in Marvel Movies are just a click away 📊, so go ahead and indulge in some serious procrastination 📺👀.

And finally, because we all love a good photogallery 📸, here are some pictures of the cast of Daredevil: Born Again looking serious and brooding 🤔. Because, you know, that’s what superheroes do best 🦸‍♂️. So go ahead, scroll through, and try to contain your excitement 🎉. Or don’t 🙄. We won’t judge 🤷‍♂️. 📸👀

Oh, and one more thing 🤔. If you’re one of those people who’s been waiting for Luke Cage’s return, congratulations 🎉! You’ve finally got your wish 🙏. Now go outside and get some fresh air 🌞, or don’t 🙄. We won’t judge 🤷‍♂️. 😂👍
