Trump Demands Jimmy Kimmel Be Thrown Into the Depths of Unemployment for Daring to Make a Joke That Was Actually Funny About Melania Being a Widow, How Dare He

The latest news is that President Trump is having a major meltdown because someone made a joke about him, and by someone, I mean the hilarious Jimmy Kimmel 🤣. Trump is demanding that Disney’s new CEO Josh D’Amaro fire Jimmy Kimmel from ABC, because apparently, the President can’t take a joke 😂. During the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, Kimmel had joked that the First Lady had “a glow like an expectant widow,” which, let’s be real, is a pretty funny joke 😆. But Melania Trump got all upset and slammed the comment as a “despicable call to violence” and linked it to a shooting that happened outside the ballroom 🚫. I mean, come on, Melania, don’t be so sensitive 🙄.

So, Melania wrote on X (which, by the way, is probably the most exciting thing that’s happened on that platform all week 📱) that “Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country” and that his words are “corrosive and deepen the political sickness within America” 🤢. Oh, and she also said that people like Kimmel shouldn’t be allowed to enter our homes each evening to spread hate 📺. Um, isn’t that what Trump does every time he tweets 🤔? Anyway, Melania thinks that ABC should fire Kimmel because he’s a “coward” who hides behind the network 🤥.

And because Trump loves to echo his wife’s sentiments (even when they’re completely ridiculous 🙄), he called for Kimmel to be fired on Monday, saying that the joke was “something far beyond the pale” and that Jimmy Kimmel should be immediately fired by Disney and ABC 🚫. Kimmel, being the cool guy that he is, defended his right to freedom of speech during his late-night TV monologue 📺. He said, “You know, sometimes you wake up in the morning and the first lady puts out a statement demanding you be fired from your job? We’ve all been there, right? What a day” 🙃.

Kimmel also pointed out that the joke was just a lighthearted roast about the fact that Trump is almost 80 and Melania is younger than him 🤣. And, by the way, it was not a call to assassination, as Melania tried to claim 🚫. Kimmel said, “I agree that hateful and violent rhetoric is something we should reject. I also should point out that Donald Trump is allowed to say whatever he wants to say, as are you and as am I and as are all of us, because under the First Amendment, we have as Americans the right to free speech” 🗣️.

Meanwhile, the alleged gunman, Cole Allen, was charged with attempting to assassinate the President 🚔. And, funnily enough, this isn’t the first time Kimmel has sparked controversy with his on-air political comments 💥. In 2015, his late-night show was pulled from the air briefly following backlash to comments he made about the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk 📰. But, hey, at least Kimmel is consistent in his ability to troll Trump and his minions 👏.

It’s worth noting that Trump has a long history of being unable to take a joke 🤡. He’s always getting upset about something or other, whether it’s a joke on Saturday Night Live 📺 or a meme on Twitter 🤣. But, honestly, if you can’t take a joke, then maybe you shouldn’t be in politics 🤔. I mean, come on, Trump, lighten up 🌞. It’s just a joke, and if you can’t handle it, then maybe you should stick to tweeting about your favorite TV shows 📺.

Anyway, the drama between Trump and Kimmel is just getting started 🎥. Stay tuned for more updates on this hilarious saga 📺. And, in the meantime, let’s all just take a deep breath and remember that it’s just a joke, folks 🤣. Don’t be like Trump and get all upset about nothing 🙄. Just relax, grab some popcorn, and enjoy the show 🍿. After all, as Kimmel said, “We have as Americans the right to free speech” 🗣️, so let’s use it to make fun of Trump and his minions 🤣
